Highlights

Known limits

AreaWhat testers should know
UnderwayReal onboard acceptance remains open. Simulator tests are not operational safety validation.
ChartsGarmin vector/cartography support is partial. Full S-52 presentation, S-63, chart updates and some proprietary formats remain incomplete. No proprietary charts or recordings are included; testers supply files they are entitled to use.
Public dataWeather and radar coverage are regional. Lightning is delayed density, not individual strikes or strike-distance alarms. Satellite data is dated and can have gaps. Chlorophyll does not guarantee fish presence.
ExchangeGPX workflows are available. A physical chartplotter round trip and second-Mac portable-project restoration still need acceptance checks. Full native vendor exchange is unavailable.
InterfaceAutomated render and model checks pass; complete real-user coverage of dialogs, large libraries, fractional zooms and every screen remains open. The computer-control helper timed out during the last interactive pass.
CompatibilityMinimum declared macOS is 14. The package includes arm64 and x86_64. Physical Intel and oldest-OS testing remain open.

Feedback priorities

Start with installation, first-run clarity, chart rendering at your normal zooms, save/reopen, and the controls you use most. Include the build number in each report. Suggestions for workflow improvements are welcome.
